SUSAN ERWIN

Susan is a certified Black Belt Six Sigma Consultant with 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry.  Her experience includes engineering, procurement, and Six Sigma process improvement for the wireless telecommunications discipline. 

In her most recent position as Quality Consultant, she was accountable for designing and implementing business process solutions across multiple organizations, products and system applications for Alltel Wireless.  She led teams that identified Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects, administered process improvement and internal Lean Six Sigma training, and provided statistical data analysis support.  Susan graduated with Honors from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant, Susan has provided Six Sigma training, lead teams and provided on-site support using the DMAIC approach, advanced statistical techniques and quality tools. She has assisted in project identification/selection, mentored and lead improvement initiatives utilizing statistical tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects with expected customer results.
